We are aware of this issue and are currently looking into it.

 

We recommend you try a clean reinstall of the app, following the steps in this support article, as some users report that this fixes it for them.

 

If after the reinstall it still doesn't work - add your +Vote to this Ongoing Issue thread. This way you'll get notified as soon as there are any updates.
