Hello;
I have a premium plan in the US. I'm using Windows 10.
Problem: I downloaded 60 songs to my desktop. What was downloaded were meaningless numbers and letters. How can I download MP4 files to listen to them off line? Below is an example.

Thank you CarlosE. I didn't know that.
Hi there @dutchjim,
Thanks for reaching out to the Community!
Keep in mind that the content you download in the app is only accessible within the app. Files don't get downloaded as .mp4 - they're downloaded as cache that can only be played in the Spotify app.
To listen to your content while being offline, you just need to enable the Offline Mode. To do so, click on the 3-dot menu in the top left corner of the app > Files > Offline Mode. You can find more info in this article.
If you need anything else, the Community is here for you.
Cheers.
