Dragging songs around the application

Windows version: 10, 64 bit

Dragging tracks in the applications seems to be broken, no adorner is attached to the mouse upon drag, and track isn't added to destination

Broken functionality includesbut is not limited to

• Draggong songs from Radio into a playlist
• Dragging songs from 1 playlist to another
• Dragging songs around to reorder them in a playlist
