ERROR: Can't Post Playlist

ERROR: Can't Post Playlist

Has anyone got this error before? It won't let me submit without pasting the link, but won't accept the link for some reason...?

Please help if you can! 🙂

From the screenshot below you can see it's clearly a Spotify link:

Hey there @eventhestarsdie,

Thanks for reporting this!

Could you try posting with the URI as you did in an incognito/private window in your browser and letting us know if it occurs there as well?

We'll be keeping an eye out for your response 🙂

/K

This did not fix the issue for me. Any other suggestions?

Hey there @Coppola6923.,

Thanks for reaching out about this here!

Just to confirm, are you seeing the exact same error message? If not, it'd be helpful if you could share a screenshot of it so we can take a closer look. Just make sure that there's no private/sensitive info displayed.

If you're trying to post in the Music Chat area when you're seeing this, it'd be helpful if you could give it a try from a different broswer.

Alternatively, you can give it another try after clearing your browser's cache and cookies memory.

Let us know how things go! We'll be right here if you need more help.

Have a lovely day 🙂

Here's the screenshot. Once I hit "Post" it acts like I never entered the URI even though I posted it and the playlist shows up. What should I do?

Hey again @Coppola6923,

Thanks for getting back in touch and adding that screenshot!

Could you give it another try, but this time adding the URI in a format similar to this spotify:username:<username>:playlist:<playlist> ?

You can substitute <username> and <playlist> with the relevant info.

Keep us posted 🙂
