Earwolf podcasts not playing on Desktop

My Question or Issue

When using Spotify from my Windows 7 desktop, some podcasts seem to play without issue, while podcasts from Earwolf (examples below) will refuse to play at all.  No error message, the progress bar does not move, and no audio loads.

I am able to play those same podcasts from my Android phone with no issues.
