[Desktop] Equalizer for the Desktop Version

There should be an Equalizer for the Desktop version of Spotify.

Since Spotify's mobile apps now have an EQ setting, this should be implemented on the desktop version, too!
The EQ should come with various presets but also the ability to save your own custom settings.

Hey folks,

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Idea Exchange and voting to make this happen.

We're happy to announce that the Equalizer option is now available on desktop - and is gradually rolling out to all users over the next week. You will be able to play around and customize the sound of your music for a better listening experience by toggling your Equalizer on your computers.

Once again, thanks for helping us make Spotify better, by participating here on the Community.

Does Spotify not see how many people have given Kutos to this request? Like I feel as if there is some other reson that they are not willing to add this feature.

22 pages almost 2500 kudos - surely someone at spotify can see there is interest in this being added.

Please add this ..the only workaround is to attach a software equalizer to the sound output which will then change all the sound sources (including sound from games which shouldn't be changed!)

I want an equalizer with my Spotify Premium in my Desktop!

Thanks

I really really want an EQ for the desktop version. I listen through a DAC. Music with Windows media player sounds great. Spotify sounds flat.

Thank you! In my Pc it´s all disabled!

I am writing to also encourage you to add this feature. Like others with higher performance headphones and the weak soundcard that comes with a MacbookPro, it would help to be able to bump up the output against higher impedance.

Please??? Pretty please with a cherry on top?

That's a good idea for it!!!
