My Question or Issue

After doing the latest update everything is grayed out saying "this content is not available"  I do not have this issue while on the web player or the phone app only on desktop app. I did re-install and checked for anything blocking spotify such as firewall etc. Did change the proxy settings no "no proxy" but still no fix.

I was able to fix it by trial and error. I did change my DNS server to google dns and problem was solved.

Can you let me know if you're using any VPNs with Spotify? Also, have you tried restarting your device?

Yes i did restart my device. No VPN'S now i cannot even log in it just gives me "Access code error 34"

Can you send me a screenshot of what you're seeing? Also, what's the make and model of your device? 

Additionally, can you let me know if this happens on a different device (if you have one nearby)?
