For the last 3-4 days, I have not been able to get Spotify to open. Help!

Spotify will not load. I keep getting the message that it is not responding.

Thanks for reaching out on the Community!

Could you try a clean reinstall of the app to see if it makes any difference? This will clear stored cache, which may cause some issues with the app at times.

If that doesn't do the trick, could you check if the same thing happens on any other devices that you use Spotify on? If possible, try connecting to another internet connection as well.
