Full Page Spam Advert

I opened up Spotify on Windows 10 today (a slightly older version of spotify because I find issues with playback on more recent versions) and when browsing through a playlist I got a full page advert which is a scam beyond a doubt.

It should be easy enough to close the advert, I just felt it needed to be brought to someone's attention. I will be doing a virus scan of my computer to tell if the problem is with my system.
