Full screen breaks program and no option to change profile picture after update

My Question or Issue

Since I received an update a few days ago, hitting the fullscreen player button displays a fullscreen black image. The cursor is visible, but nothing else is. Hitting escape or otherwise trying to force the program back to normal does not work. Music continues playing, so its not a big deal, I just cannot control the music from my desktop. Killing the program with task manager and relaunching resets to the normal view. Does anyone have a fix or a way to revert the update?

In addition the change photo button for my profile picture is gone.

I'd suggest a quick reinstall of the app to "fresh" things up.
