My Question or Issue

I get an error message everytime I click on "Go to Artist Radio". Also radio tab won't play any songs.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

Hey,

I uninstalled Spotify with one of those complete uninstaller programs.  My first attempt was success I was able to access to the radio tabs of artists. However, problem started to occur randomly after some time also Radio tab won't load and an error message appears ( Error  Failed to load).

Hey again,

I think the problem is somehow connected with Windows 10 and drivers. I formatted my drive and installed Windows 7 Professional instead of Windows 10 and now Spotify works like a charm without any flaw. I encountered some graphical glitches on Windows 10 and various problems like radio and continuous offline mode even when connected to the internet.
