My Question or Issue

My headphones are not connecting to my spotify desktop app but whenever I use Youtube or Netflix the headphones work. So I was wondering if there is any solution to this problem, because I already tried uninstalling the app and redownloaded it which didn't fix it.

If you're using bluetooth headphones, we'd suggest you try these steps to repair them to your PC. If that doesn't help, you can check if the issue occurs on another device.

It's also a good idea to make sure that you have downloaded Spotify from the Microsoft store to avoid any issues caused by that.
