Hide Podcasts thats not interesting?

My Question or Issue

 Why arent Featured Items like "Googles ad-choiches"? And be able to control them - more people would use it if you could see what is MAYBE interesting for you?

At the moment, I see stuff that is not interesting at all for someone under the age of 50.

Why are the top podcasts chosen about people who talk unecessary stuff like the last sensual night with some random people or how ashamed they are becuase of their bodies? No one have even seem them nor ever will, why would we care?!

Make the "Featured" more personalized and make it more a free will to find them, the same "Featured Podcasts" have been the same in top for WEEKS. And their topics are just... w-t-f?

Like making an episode as girl when "You're a bit angrier than normal becuase 'its that time of month'", do people really listen to this so much that it's reaching the TOP?!

I've just heard worse stuff in other countries, especially when googling about this.
