High Ping , when my music change

Everytime my song finish, and another one start, my ping Go from 20-30 to 230-300… I already did a clean installation, reinstalled windowsw and other things, but nothing.

Thanks for reaching out via the Community!

Appreciate you informing us about the troubleshooting that you've done so far, but just to be on the safe side have you performed a more detailed clean reinstall following these steps? Did you notice when this started happening and if it was after something specific?

Within Spotify's Settings, I recommend disabling Autoplay, Crossfade and Automix, as well as resetting the Equalizer to test if that'll change anything. Test with toggling each one on and off to see if any of these specific functions are somehow interfering with the sound.

Additionally on your computer, go to Sound Settings on Windows > Volume Mixer > Apps > Reset.

Lastly if the same behavior continues, it'd be very helpful if you could send us a video where we can hear what exactly happens. You can either attach it via the Insert Video option in the post editor or upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us.
