My Question or Issue

So a few months ago, I queued Novo Amor's album at work after a record, on my Acer Swift 3. I didn't complete the album, and I closed my laptop before leaving for home, not shutting down spotify. I didn't play spotify on the laptop for another 3-5 weeks.  When I did, I simply selected new music and hit play. 5 Novo Amor songs queue and plays the song after, so I cleared the queue. I'm now stuck in this insanity loop, that whenever I open my laptop, it'll throw 5 Novo Amor songs directly after my first track I select, or sometimes up to 10 songs into an album or playlist. I've done a full password reset, wiped out spotify on all my devices and still no luck. I'm going to uninstall spotify on my pc as a next step.

Any other hints?

The next time I hear that mans sweet, supple voice kick in halfway through a doom concept album I'm going to freak out.

Hey @Overell1338

I would suggest reinstalling Spotify, it could be a client-side glitch causing this issue. I'd also recommend closing Spotify before leaving - it will remember the playback state that way as well, but won't have such locked queue issue.

Let me know how it goes 🙂

Thanks very much for your reply. I've just reinstalled and will let you know if it clears it finally!
