Home page "Recently Played" not updating and cropped appearance

My Question or Issue

The "Recently Played" section on my home page is not refreshing properly, and only displays two albums that I have listened to in the past several months, but they are not the albums I have listened to most recently. The section also displays my Liked Songs, but the icon is cropped in half for some reason. I have tried logging out and reinstalling multiple times. This issue occurs on multiple different desktops and laptops, each running Windows 10, but not on my iPhone.

We hope you don’t mind us replying now as we just stumbled upon this thread.

Just to confirm, are you still experiencing this? If so, we’d first recommend trying a clean reinstall of the app on any of the affected devices since this step is more thorough than a regular reinstall.   

If that doesn’t do the trick, check if some entries in your hosts file need to be removed by following the steps here. We recommend this as the issue occurs only on Windows-devices.
