My Question or Issue

My home screen hasn't updated my recently played music on the home screen in months, nor most of the home recommendations. I see the same stuff every day and I'm still getting end of 2019 stuff promoted. I've reinstalled the app and that didn't help.

Might be a bug in your app or something's wrong with your account.

I suggest contacting Customer Support.
