Home screen shows Something went wrong, search for something else? I tried restarting the app and restarting windows. Only started to happen today. App is up to date. Microsoft store version. Same. I'm on "Spotify for Windows 1.1.94.874.g837ef43a".
I had the same problem myself, seems its working now.
