How can I tell the Groove Music app to play my Spotify music?

My Question or Issue

Honestly, the Spotify music app sucks.  I really miss the days of Groove Music.  The Groove Music app still exists, but it no longer streams music.  So I'm hoping there's a way to either link the Groove Music app to my Spotify account, or find where Spotify stores my songs locally on my laptop so I can tell Groove Music to play music from there.  Is this possible?

If none of this is possible, is it possible to use another third party app to play music from my Spotify account?
