How do I down playlist or songs to play on my wireless headphones so I can listen to them later without the app?

To protect the copyrighted content, there is no way to download items on a separate storage and use it without the app. The downloaded content is saved in a format that is only readable by the Spotify app. This is how services secure access to the offline content to avoid unauthorized transfers and similar acts.
