My Question or Issue

I have playlists that I use in my car from my mobile phone when driving/working. I have other playlists that I listen to on my computer when relaxing in the evening. When I come home from work I often find that the playlist from my phone now plays when I launch spotify on my PC instead of the playlist that I left, half played, the last time I used it.

Is it possible to stop my devices from interfering with each other like this like this, other than setting up a spare family slot?

Hi @BumfluffBob, thanks for your question! It is normal for Spotify to communicate with open instances of Spotify on other devices as you've described, but since you're using a Premium account, one workaround you could use would be to download the playlists you normally listen to on your PC and then set it to offline mode (full instructions for setting offline mode are available here.) Just keep in mind that you'll need to go back online at least once every 30 days.
