I have tried Turning off AV/Firewall, adding exceptions, SFC /scannow in cmd, Restarting multiple times, removing all Spotify files, uninstalling, running normal and administrator, compatibility mode.
Every time I try to install Spotify, all I get is "Spotify could not be started, Error Code 17" and it's really beginning to frustrate me, especially as I've just reignited my subscription to premium.
There are some people who've had this problem before but those solutions are bogus, worked for a single individual, or require "3rd party registry fixing apps" (DO NOT do that btw, It's Highly dangerous and NOT recommended by anyone at Microsoft (check their website on the matter)).
but back to the problem at hand, any ideas? ^_^;

Does the error appear only when you're installing Spotify? Could you also send us a screenshot of it so that we can take a closer look?
Aside from this, if you've downloaded the app from our website, please test the abovementioned behaviour with the app version from the Microsoft app store.
