How to Disconnect device from my spotify account? I can't find solutions

I know that many have asked this but I can't find a solution.
My phone connects automatically every time I open Spotify on my computer. I have already removed this device (my phone) from my computer but it will always be added again on its own and is annoying because when I try to turn it off from my phone, it will also turn off Spotify on the computer and I have to turn it on but it will be heard on the phone again and will be silent on the computer. And I don't understand very well, as I know that music is heard on phone if the Bluetooth is "on" but it isn't "on".
If this problem doesn't happen, Spotify will only stay in the background on my phone, dialing the songs I'm listening to on my computer and then it will make my phone run slower.

Same concern. I guess it's just poor software design. Hope the developers find out that this "smart" feature is dumb as soon as possible.
