I am over my device limit, but I don't have 5 devices with downloads.

I am over my device limit, but I don't have 5 devices with downloads.

I went to my spotify app to download some songs to get a error that said that I had reached my device limit. I don't have 5 devices with downloads on them (My Samsung, iPhone, and one of my watches) but I still get this error. Is there any way to fix this?

Hey @MeepHyd, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

You can clear the downloads from your devices, which will remove them from the list. You can contact Spotify using this chat link and let them know about the device limit issue. They can take it from there and remove the downloads from your devices.

 

Once that is done you can save content offline again.
