I can not listen to music on my notebook, the message appears: this song is not available.
1. Make sure you are connected to the internet and your connection is solid.
2. Sometimes the app crashes. Try doing a restart on the application:
If you are on a PC: Ctrl+Shift+Esc and choose the spotify application and then click "End Task." Restart the application and try again.
If on mobile: Go into Application Manager and force stop the app. Restart and try again.
I have the same problem. I have full internet connection, and I even tried to reinstall the desktop app - but the problem remains.
I have the exact same problem.
It only appears on the Windows application (it works well on the mobile).
I reinstalled the program but it did not solve the problem.
The problem is now solved.
It seems it was related to the USB haedset I am using.
I could repeat the bug by changing my audio settings from the analog output to my USB headset, while listening to Spotify. (Not sure this is the cause though...)
