I can't add anything to queue PLEASE HELP!!!

Operating System: Windows 10

 

My Issue : I can't add anything to my queue. I right click on a song (any song) and click add to queue and it will not add to my queue no matter what I do. I have tried restarting my computer, re-installing spotify with both the download package off their website AND installing it through the microsoft store and it still does not work. PLEASE HELP!

Just to confirm it's not an account-related issue, is it possible for you to reproduce it if you use the mobile app? 

 

For the moment, even if you already tried reinstalling the app, it'd be good for you to check this Spotify Answer regarding how to perform a "clean" (more thorough than a "simple") reinstall of Spotify with your Windows 10. Deleting any remaining traces of your current Spotify setup and then installing the app from scratch might likely do the trick in this case.
