I can't get Spotify to get the album art or the artist from Windows Media Player

I can't get Spotify to get the album art or the artist from Windows Media Player

I'm trying to import a song from Windows Media Player, and it won't add the album art or the artist. I downloaded an mp3 file, and basically put it into Windows Media Player. I then added the artist, album art, album title and everything else. When I go to check the local files for the song, it plays, but it doesn't have the album art or the artist name attached to it, it's only the title of the song.

I've tried everything I can, and looked it up multiple times, but I can't find anyone else who is having this problem. I've tried adding it through "add source" under local files in settings, and I've also tried importing the playlist from the "files" tab at the top-left corner. I removed all the weird things such as hyphens as well, because I read somewhere that that was causing the songs not to have album covers.

Does anyone have a solution to this? I'm getting really tired of trying.

Oh and as well it's not getting any of the other albums from WMP either. The song I imported is in an album (with cover art, etc.) but it's the only song in it.
