I can't play any song and all playlist song are deleted

I have some hours without music, I can't play any song and all playlist are empty.

I already unistall and install twice times and it doesn't work.

I try to play on the web version and it doesn't work as well.

I can play on my iphone normally but no in my desktop PC.
