I can't uninstall Spotify on Windows 7

My Question or Issue

I can not uninstall Spotify on Windows 7 i dont know why but the crashes program when i try to uninstall it from all ways, via Control Panel or the Command line, I dont know what to do... Also i can't log in says something about be blocking by the firewall but i check it and is spotify is allowed.

Have you tried starting Windows in Safe Mode? That should do the trick.

I reinstalled it to the latest version, but the third problem persist i can't log in. I can in the browser and the android app, but not in the desktop program.

Thanks for reaching out on the Community 🙂 We're glad you were able to reinstall the Spotify app!

 

Just to confirm, are you currently using a proxy? If so, head to the Spotify Settings > Show Advanced Settings > Proxy, and make sure it's set to "No" before trying again.

Also, if you are in a different country than the one your Spotify account is set to and you're using Spotify Free, try updating the country following these steps.
