My Question or Issue

I cant play spotify music on my pc, the web player doesnt work, and i cant play on the app (windows store and official app). This happened yesterday. I listen to spotify almost everyday and now I can ony listen on my phone. I dont have any firewalls on windows or on my router that could be blocking spotify, it really seems like I got a hardware id ban, but I'm not really sure what for. If anyone else has this problem and solved please let me know. thanks for the help in advance 🙂 PS i have screenshots below

turn off off VPN and firewall when you have VPN on it contradicts yor lication ??
