I don't get the songs I've given them I like

for a week now the songs I've given him have disappeared. I've already tried to log out, remove the application, reset the network and even disable the firewall and nothing has worked. I also tried to remove spotify from the HOST folder and it didn't work and this error only appears on my computer because the songs are still on my cell phone

Hey @popbumble, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

If you see your favorite songs missing only on your desktop, you might be experiencing an issue that Spotify currently investigating. I suggest you go to this Ongoing Issue and add your vote to it by clicking on the +VOTE button. Make sure you follow the steps provided under Status Update as well. 

 

It'll also be useful to subscribe via the three-dots menu in the top right corner next to the title. That'll make sure you stay up to date with any relevant updates about this.

I'm sorry but I've already done that and my songs and albums still don't appear.

Yes, the link I provided in my last reply is the link to the Ongoing Issue, since Spotify is currently investigating this. Provide all of the information in that link under the section that says Status Update.
