I have full internet connection, but it says I'm offline?

Won't let me log in through Facebook. The only reason that Spotify doesn't have the worst customer service ever is because it has none. I have family premium with Spotify today it will be with apple next week if this isn't fixed by then. Spotify sucks.

aside from your connection fluctuating, maybe you have reset a password on your facebook account if you are connected through facebook. all you have to do is log out and log back in your spotify account.

This works only once. I use Spotify for Windows Phone and it keeps telling me that I'm offline when I'm not.

I am having the same problem. I have never changed my Facebook account. Spotify USED to play through my Sonos system. Must be time to close my Spotify account as I am also paying monthly for absolutely nothing !  Thanks for previous comments.

I've already paid the premium Spotify but still can not download anything. How long will I have to wait until fall payment?
