I already erased it all and started over but thanks very much for taking
the time out of ur day to help me! It will be the last payment made get u
they will notice that!!! Can't take the time to fix the problem I can't

There is a very limited menu list in the upper left corner of my spotify (on mac book air) and cannot "uncheck" the offline mode!!all this offline thing looks not solveble. I think I will terminate my subscription !!

This problem is occuring 5 years later. I don't connect fb with spotify (ever). Offline mode is not on, and my internet is working fine

Yes my issue was that I was set to offline only mode. If that doesn't work
try your music quality. If it's set to extreme you might need to drop to
normal or auto. Hope you get it working

I had this same problem. I solved it by going to the spotify website, accessing my account and select 'log out everywhere'. Then I went to my spotify phone app, selected 'log out' and then un-installed the app.

I re-installed it, logged in and it worked fine.

 

The only thing I can think of that caused the issue is that I subscribed to the 'one payment for 12 months' instead of paying each month.

Try to reconnect to your internet, or close the app and refresh it!

try to unplug your modem, then plug it back up, and try to see if that works, and if not you might need to get in touch with your internet provider, but this shouldnt be happening.
