I just bought premium to try and fix an issue but it still occurs.

Every time I listen on the desktop app, the songs start to cut out every couples seconds after about 5 minutes of listening. It doesn't do this when i'm watching movies or youtube videos, so it's not my headphones. I'm on Windows 10. My internet connection is fine. I just bought premium to see if that would solve it but it is still happening. I don't want my money to just go to waste.

It's been happening for about a month, i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, opening and closing, and restarting my pc. Nothing is working.

To start, can you let us know what device, operating system, and version of Spotify you're using? Also, does the same happens when you use another device?

Last but not least. is this happening with specific songs? If so, can you send us the URI? Just right-click the track > Share > Copy Spotify URI.
