the site on which we have to type the address is not working

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community. 

 

Just to confirm, are you the Premium Family owner? You can check this by heading to your Account page. If so, you can enter your address by following these specific steps. 

 

If you're still unable to enter the address, would you mind trying from an incognito window and a different device? 

 

If the issue still persists, would you mind sending us a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end? We'll take a closer look. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.
