I sign up for a duo plan but it always says the address is not the same for

I sign up for a duo plan but it always says the address is not the same for the other account when I enter the same exact address. Your support page sucks and doesn't really help.

Hey there! I'm here to help you! I'm sorry that this has happened to you.

Can you double-check if you are putting the same address as the Plan owner added to their plan? The owner can double-check by going to their account > Manage members > There, on Your Address, they can check this info.

Additionally, it's also worth checking if the countries on both accounts are matching. This can be causing the address mismatch.
You can check this by accessing your account > Country or region to verify if you two have the same country or region set on your Spotify account.
