Could you give us more info about what happens exactly with the app? If you tried uploading a screen recording of the issue, it looks like it wasn't uploaded properly. Could you try again so we can have a better look at what's going on? You can attach it to your next reply by clicking on the video camera icon in the post editor. If the size of the file is bigger than allowed, you can upload it somewhere else and share the link with us.
