Im scaring my wife at home

When I play spotify from work, I scare my wife since spotify automaticly plays from my livingroom device. Shes pregnant, so I dont want the birth to start early because of the loud sudden noises from the livingroom scaring the water out of her. Is there a fix for this? Would love to change the default device for my work computer

When using the Spotify app near the bottom right there should be a button that looks like a phone. (I've uploaded an image.) When you play the song look at where it is playing, I believe that your songs are playing on an alternate device through your computer if that makes sense. Anyhow, try this, and tell me if it works.

I usually just press play on my keyboard without looking at spotify and it seems a bit weird to even think about that im playing music from my home speaker when im not even home and at the work computer. I guess i can check each time, but it feels like a workaround and not the best solution in general=)
