Is Spotify hiding Metal artists?

A funny thing I discovered whilst searching for Industrial Metal artists for my playlist that's free of any weak -cyber metal... And that includes dealing with obscure bands, hoping to find them on Spotify. More miss than a hit type of thing : )

For example: Search for Industrial Death Metal band Internal Healing yields an unrelated playlist, an unrelated list of songs, and one artists Meditation... and some albums dealing with it. So, one artist takes the dedicated 1/4 slot, and nothing more. So, there's a place to assume that Spotify is missing it.

Until you click on See All, and there it is. 

Why this artist is not in previous screen, taking up slot 2/4? And it''s so with many artists I searched for!
