Is there a shortcut to changing the volume of Spotify while the window is closed?

My Question or Issue

I want to be able to change the volume of Spotify while I’m using a different program without having to either change the volume of the whole computer or go to Spotify to change the volume. If there is a shortcut or macro I could use to change the volume that would be great. I already have media keys, so pausing, skipping, or going back isn’t a problem. I only want to change the volume without having to leave my programs.

Some users have been using an app called Toastify, do you know it?

 

I guess it might work for you.
