Is there a way to move specific playlist line to the front line not by dragging it?

Hi, I got a long list in my playlist in and I want from time to time to move specific playlist line to the front line of the list. I can do it by dragging the line to the front but in my case the playlist is quite a long one and I'm after a quick easy way to do it. any suggestions? thanks.

Same question for my Android mobile phone.
