Ma question ou mon problème

Bonjour,

sur le logo du haut parleur en bas à droite de Spotify, il y a une croix, je n'entend plus la musique mais elle continue quand même à défiler, j'essaye de cherche la cause du problème mais je ne trouve pas, pouvez-vous m'aider ?

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community!

We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the Community.

The x next to the volume bar means that you have muted the app. Just click on that symbol to unmute it or hover over the volume bar with the mouse for a circle to appear. You can then drag the circle to the desired volume level or scroll to move it.

If the volume meter isn't responding correctly, we recommend that you do a clean reinstall of the app. You can find the necessary steps here

For those who cannot hear anything locally on Windows 10, try uninstalling the desktop version you have and install from the Microsoft Store.

Note: from the Microsoft Store!
This has fixed the problem as far as I'm concerned.
