Laptop freezes (Win10) every time I start & close Spotify

Hello, I have this problem with Spotify. As much as I love it, and stopped using my regular player cause of Spotify I'm recently experiencing a problem with starting Spotify and closing. I used program before but I switched to the one you can get from Microsoft Store, hoping it would fix the issue. If I open spotify first without opening anything yet, my laptop does not freeze but God forbid from opening it with a single program/website opened. My laptop freezes on the spot. It's happening for a while now, but quite recently closing Spotify also makes my laptop freeze. I reinstalled it, it didn't help. I have the latest version. Any ideas what else can I do?
