Liked songs not appearing as liked in the Album they come from

Quite often songs which I have liked in my Artists library from an album, appear as liked in my artists library , but not in the album when I access the  album via the artists' page. If I play a track from my artists' library and then visit the album via the track, it shows as liked. 

What it seems to be is that Spotify has two identical versions of this album (and by identical I mean same no of tracks etc, not an original and a deluxe version), but only one version is displayed on the artist's page.

For example, take the song Snake Song from the Hawk album by Isobel Cambell.

When I copy the url from my artists' library it comes up as https://open.spotify.com/track/0ki12WtT63xUQCYkVpRZGZ

When I go into the album via the artists' page and copy the url it is:

https://open.spotify.com/track/3jc4jAmJuYXE2pPEgZ2pNS

Interestingly, Snake Songs is listed as one of popular songs on her artists' page. If you like the song and then play it and then click on the song title to take you to the album, it shows as liked on the album. If you then go back to her artist's page and open the Hawk album it doesn't show as liked. The reason being is that they have different urls for some utterly nonsensical reason.

This is very irritating. I return to artists pages to listen to albums to find anything more I may like and want to add to my artists' library. It is difficult to discern what you have already listened to (especially when there are lots of albums for an artist) what you have already listened to without flicking between artists' library and artists page.

That’s really strange, have you tried logging out and back in?

Don't see that would make any difference. The "same" song from the "same" has two different urls, but I have logged out, closed the app, restarted and logged back in an yes the issue persists.

Did you try what I noted in the post (it takes about 10 seconds)? Did you not see the same problem?

And here's another album I came across today. Agaetis byrjun by Sigur Ros.

I liked virtually all the songs from it a while back. Yet when I go into the original version of this album on the Artist's page none of them are shown as liked (BTW I'm not talking about the 20th anniversary edition of this album). 

When I visit the album by clicking on the album link in my artist's library I go to what appears to be the same album, but all the tracks I liked are shown as liked!

The reason is that there are two different versions of precisely the same album. The one I originally went into and marked songs as liked has disappeared.

You can see they have different urls. The albums are also shown under different years. The one I liked is dated 2000. The one now shown on the artists page is 1999. The two songs below also have slightly different lengths (couple of seconds).

It's easy to see this problem for yourself. Copy the link ending in "adu". Post it to one of your playlists. Like it. Visit the album page via the track in your playlist. You will see it is liked on the album. Go to the artists page and open the album. It doesn't appear to be liked. 

Spotify has clearly done some sort of clean up exercise on its seriously messed up library and have not bothered to sort out orphans like the ones I have been posting. This is s**t practice.

This is seriously messed up. I have posted just two examples, but I can and will post lots more until Sportify acknowledges and does something about this unwholly mess.

Another reason why I will probably end up with Apple!

I've liked the second url from the () album and now when I visit that album via the Artist's page it no longer shows as liked.

And yet another one. I'm not specifically looking for these. I am just coming across them as I am listening to music. God knows how many of these are duplicated and disappeared. I have no doubt that these few I have so far listed are the tip of an enormous iceberg.
