Local Files on desktop are unavailable on phone

My Question or Issue

I have a bunch of local files on my desktop that won't sync to my phone. They are on the same wifi. I have disabled all firewall stuff. I see the playist and the songs on my phone but they are listed as unavailable and hitting download doesn't help. Switching on/offline also doesn't help.

That doesn't sound cool.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

Tried reinstalling both the desktop and phone app. Did not fix it.

Also noticing that whenever I save a song to my library on my phone, it takes a few days to appear on my desktop version.
