Local Files option not showing on PC

 Hello,

I logged on to Spotify to reinsert a local file that had greyed out on my phone (which is STILL A PROBLEM!!!) and I found out that there was no local files option on the left panel! This is getting very frustrating and I would really like to know if this was actually removed. I have Premium so I should still have this option. I really enjoy having songs on my playlist that are not available on Spotify. If this was removed, I might actually quit using Spotify. There are too many defects with it and it is really frustrating to keep dealing with these problems that keep popping up. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Of course. Another feature that is made harder to access. Too bad I already cancelled my Premium subscription and deleted Spotify. I'll be perfectly content with my MP3s from now on.
