Local downloaded songs dont play

My Issue

 While using Spotify on my pc, some of the songs I had downloaded approximately one week ago cannot be played in any playlist, however, they do play in the local files selection under my library. Initially (1-2 days) all songs worked fine, then (3-6 days) some songs become inaccessible(Names grey in playlist), and today Spotify completely disconnected from the folder in edit > preferences > local files To make things clear some songs play in both folders and the audio files on the pc are completely fine, I've tried the typical uninstall/reinstall with both Spotify and the songs downloaded (I have not accessed mobile recently but I doubt that would change anything )
