Lost Playlists & Other Users Playlists showing in my premium acct (Desktop & Mobile)

I have an older premium account (sign in with spotify ID, not Facebook) and have recently lost the majority of my playlists. I'm also seeing playlists from another user (and these aren't playlists I've subscribed to).

I've also tried connecting my Facebook account to the Spotify account (as per http://community.spotify.com/t5/Help-Accounts-and-Subscriptions/Please-read-Missing-playlists-Premiu...) and this hasn't solved the problem.

Any help appreciated!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

It sounds like someone else is using/accessing your account. If you have reconnected to your own Facebook, I would also suggest a quick change of password to be on the safe side. If you need to request playlists be restored, have a read at the playlist recovery topic for instructions.
