Lost Spotify Playlists (I didn't delete them either)

Hi!

So my issue is that I had to sign out of all my accounts due to a bug and my father who had Spotify Premium via Premium Family ended up losing all his playlists. I've tried sending him another invite to see if we had the wrong account, however nothing seems to be working. Could someone help me or at least point me in the right direction?

Same thing happened to me.  All my playlists disappeared and was replaced with one I didn't create (which leads me to think I may have been hacked).  Fortunately, you can recover your playlists (thank goodness!).  Follow this link:

I've followed that link but no playlists show up...it's almost as if they were completely wiped...but that can't be right...can it?

Strange, indeed.

I would initiate a chat with a Spotify agent.  It was a quick process and the agent, "Arjay B." was of help.  

Makes me think you might not have been signed into the correct account if you have multiple ones.
