Lost all the songs in my playlists

My Question or Issue

This morning when I opened Spotify to listen to some music, all my songs where gone both form my playlists and from the saved/favourite songs (around 3000). The playlist are still there but they're empty. I tried uninstalling Spotify and downloading it again a couple of times, but it didn't work. The weird thing is that when I use the web player and my phone app all the songs are there, the problem is only with the PC app. Please help.

In addition, you can reach your account page online at Spotify.com, click "Sign Out Everywhere" and reconnect to all accounts with the right credentials.
